i am paying loan for a car which is on my friend's name. i bought the car with sale agreement on bond paper.car met with accident.insurance rejected as there is a sale of the car.the owner is the same person on whose name the insurance is.what do i do to get the claim approved.

You need to claim each time you meet with an accident as old accidents are not payable after a certain period. Yes it is possible. Third Party car insurance cover is compulsory by law. A comprehensive cover is good to pay for own damage expenses which include any kind of repair of the car which has been damaged due to an accident.

To renew your Car Insurance Policy, you need to purchase a new one since the previous one has already lapsed and your car will be inspected because there is a period where the Insurance Coverage has lapsed.
