i want to know that what would be premium for the age of 45 for plan jeevan arogaya

LIC Jeevan Arogya is a health insurance plan which covers hospitalisation benefit, surgery expenses and other medical costs. The payment of benefit amount is not restricted to the actual medical cost incurred.
