It is an amazing thing that ylo had informed the TPA in advance since you need to get approval for planned hospitalization. All you need to do is contact the TPA and then fill up the required forms for your hospitalization so that your cashless mediclaim is processed and there is no delay in claim settlement. How can you claim for the same claim from 2 places? You would have to submit the originals for a claim reimbursement. Hence you can claim for the expenditure made but not an additional amount or twice for the same claim.
