I am Mediclaim Policy Holder of Policy No. 130205/48/11/06/00000206 I am paying my premium agiant this Policy since 2006. and this year, my daughter was hospitalised and I had claimed only for Rs. 7402/- for reimbursement. It is more than three months, but I did not get any claim and the company is doing it through a third party where if you call, the people even responce properly and telling rude languages. I dont know what to do any Complaint cell is there?

Dear Sir
mainak.chatterjee@nic.co.in

I Have taken V Arogya bima policy few years earlier through Vijaya Bank saidapet Branch and issued by Your Guindy branch

The said policy is continuously renewed and never had any claim policy

All of sudden this year when I had been to your guindy office your official refuse hand over me the renewed policy on 27/3/2012 even after issuing receipt and taking printout of the said renewed policy

Your officials had some internal problem hence they have refuse to hand over the renewed policy and cancelled the same with the reason that Vijaya bank and NIC is not continuing the said scheme

These said policy taken few years earlier and continued.
I have taken the policy with the future planning and all of sudden if you people discontinuing the scheme which is putting a policy holder on life threat

Where is the mistake on the part on the insurer who has paid full premium and taking the policy from the Government organization.

Please clarify whether now the V Arogya policies are eligible for renewal or not

Further I also request you to inform your all the concern office of your decisions so that policy holders will be escaped from your UN warranted pillars to post traveling as guided to me by your Guindy officials

Please reply at the earliest about eligibility of renewal of V Arogya policy hence forth permitted or not
