My Period of Insurance of PNB-Oriental Royal Mediclaim policy was from 24-12-2010 to midnight of 23-12-2011. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not renew the policy before 23rd Dec. 2011. Can I renew the policy now? Is there a grace period within which one can renew the policy without break? The risk may not be covered w.e.f 24th Dec. to the date when the premium is paid for renewal of the policy but the policy remains eligible for no claim bonus.
