I wish to purchase a term insurance of Rupees fifty lacs. I have no other member of my family but a son who lives separately with his wife and he is a working professional in the government sector. Can I make my son nominee for the insurance plan? Can I purchase it for 30 years?. Thus, you can take the plan for a maximum period of 20 years. You can surely nominate your son as he is your legal heir as well. There is no restriction. .
