Bajaj Allianz Insta Insure is a family floater policy which provides health protection to individuals and family members. It covers medical treatment costs during hospitalisation due to illness and accident. 

• Proposer is covered for sum insured Rs.1 lakh in case of death due to accident
• No medical check-up required up to 45 yrs
• All family members covered under single policy for a single premium

4 variants available for:

1. Self
2. Self + spouse
3. Self + spouse + 1 child
4. Self + spouse + 2 children

• 130 day care procedures which do not require 24 hour hospitalisation covered
• A flat benefit of 2% of hospitalisation expenses are paid to cover pre  and post medical expenses
• Children aged 3 months to 45 yrs can be covered
• ICU charges, room rent, boarding and nursing expenses, surgeon’s fee etc
• Cost of anesthetist, consultant and special fees
• Cost of oxygen, blood, operation theatre charges, medicines and drugs, x-ray, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, artificial limbs etc
• Emergency ambulance charges up to Rs. 1000

Flat benefit of 2% of hospitalisation expenses are paid to cover pre  and post medical expenses

• Pre-existing diseases not covered for first 4 yrs
• 2 yr waiting period for diseases like hernia, ulcers, varicose veins, stones, breast lumps, surgery on tonsils, ears etc.

• Non-allopathic, cosmetic and aesthetic treatments
• Joint replacement surgery other than due to accidents
• Pregnancy or child-birth related
• HIV or AIDS related
• Abuse of drugs or alcohol
• Death cover due to suicide, criminal or unlawful activity
