  • Dental treatment  or surgery
  • Cost of Vitamins and tonics unless part of treatment
  • Domiciliary expenses in case of specified illnesses
  • HIV, AIDS and related diseases
  • Vaccination and inoculation
  • Naturopathy treatments
  • Abuse of alcohol, hallucinogens or intoxicant
