Future Generali is on a recruitment spree and is looking out for insurance agents and advisors in Maharashtra and West Bengal.
The company is aiming to recruit close to 4100 insurance advisors or agents in Maharashtra this year. In West Bengal, Future Generali India Life Insurance Company is planning to recruit 3120 new insurance agents to sell life policies. At present in West Bengal, they have over 2900 advisors. With the addition of new recruits, their base will increase to 6050 advisors.
Deepak Sood, MD & CEO of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company, said, “Traditionally West Bengal has the distinction of recording the highest number of life insurance policies sold. It is a key emerging market for us. Our drive this year is to expand our ability to reach out and realize this large market potential through our expanded agent network.”
Currently, their total agent base comprises 53,000 advisors across 18 states operating out of 191 offices in the country.
Future Generali offers total insurance solutions by addressing customer needs across both life insurance and non-life Insurance. Their general insurance product basket includes motor insurance, personal accident insurance, health insurance, travel insurance, and home insurance plans. To cater to life insurance customers, their products include protection plans, child plans, Ulip, retirement plans, etc.
The company is a joint venture between India’s Future Group which is led by Kishore Biyani and Italy’s Generali Group.
