Keys and Locks Replacement Cover (Only for new Bajaj Allianz customers)
In the event of irrecoverable loss of car keys, the company will cover the cost of replacement of keys, subject to the specified sum insured for this cover. In the event of a security risk arising out of the incidence of lost keys of the insured vehicle, the company will cover the cost of installing new locks. The benefits under this cover are available only once during the policy period.
24×7 Spot Assistance
If the insured car is immobilized, the policyholder will be entitled to one or more of the following benefits:
- Flat Battery: If the car gets immobilized due to a flat battery, the company will make alternative arrangements to make your car mobile again.
- Fuel Assistance: If the car gets immobilized due to fuel problems, the company will either arrange for fuel supply or for carrying out repairs.
- Space Keys: In the event of you losing the car keys, the company will arrange for the pickup and delivery of spare keys to the spot where the car is located.
- Flat Tyre: If the car gets immobilized due to flat tires, the company will arrange for the refill and /or replacement of the flat tires
- Minor Repairs: If the car gets immobilized at the roadside, the company will arrange for minor mechanical or electrical repairs
- Message Service: If the car gets immobilized as a result of an accident and/or breakdown, the company will send an urgent message on behalf of the policyholder to the specified persons through available means of communication
- Towing Facility: If the car gets immobilized by reason of an accident/breakdown, the company shall arrange for a free towing away of the car from the accident spot to the nearest authorized dealer/workshop
- Legal Advice: If the policyholder meets with an accident while traveling in the insured car, he/she shall be entitled to free legal advice up to 30 minutes from a legal advisor over the phone
- Medical Co-ordination: If the policyholder meets with an accident while traveling in the insured car, the company can provide details regarding the nearest medical center that can provide emergency relief services
- Accommodation Benefits: If the car meets with an accident/breakdown taking place beyond 100 km from the policyholder’s city and repairs for which will take more than 12 hours, the company will provide hotel accommodation for the occupants of the car for a maximum of 2 days and 2 nights limited to Rs. 2,000 per person per day and a maximum total of Rs. 16,000 throughout the policy period.
- Taxi Benefits: If the car meets with an accident/breakdown taking place within 100 km of your city, the company will provide a Taxi or any other transportation service to transfer the occupants to a single destination within 50 km from the spot of immobilization.
