Aviva Life Insurance Company has announced its tie-up with Axis Bank, enabling customers to pay their insurance renewal premiums across 1,400 bank branches in over 700 locations.
Customers or existing policyholders of Aviva Life Insurance, can simply walk into any Axis Bank branch, answer some basic verification questions and pay their renewal premium. The premium can be paid using multiple payment options.
Commenting on this new service extension for its customers, Snehil Gambhir, COO, Aviva Life Insurance said, “Customer centricity is the foundation for all initiatives that we undertake at Aviva. This arrangement provides a facility to our customers to make renewal premium payments across the large network of Axis Bank branches.”
“It also provides an added convenience to our customers to help strengthen our long term relationship and safeguard their financial interests,” he added.
Customers of Aviva India should find this new service very convenient, as all customers may not always have easy access to the insurance company’s branch office. Aviva Life Insurance policyholders can also pay their premiums using a credit card, through ECS and via internet banking.
